For optimal use in the field of event technology, some special features are built into the AW-UE160. For one, an optical low-pass filter is integrated to prevent any moiré effects that may occur. If LED walls have been placed in the background during the recording of an event, this filter is of particularly practical use.
In terms of PTZ technology, the camera is highly optimised in every aspect. It is compact and lightweight, blends seamlessly into all surroundings and its movements are even smoother and more precise than those of its predecessor. Another practical feature for use at events is the new Phase Detection Autofocus (PDAF), which can quickly focus even on moving subjects.
